Welcome to Pawfectreats. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pawfectreats website located at pawfectreats.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Pawfectreats, owned and operated by Shen Pao (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Pawfectreats is a Canadian-based online retailer of pet food, treats, and related products for dogs and cats.
All inquiries can be directed to info@pawfectreats.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to place an order on the Site. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders at any time.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. Pawfectreats does not directly store your full payment card details.
Interac e-Transfer payments may be arranged on a case-by-case basis by contacting info@pawfectreats.com prior to purchase.
The Paw Pro wholesale membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $29 CAD per month via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via the subscription management link in your Stripe receipt email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial months.
Wholesale benefits, pricing, and access are provided at the Company's discretion and may change over time.
We currently ship within Canada. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $59 CAD. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Due to the nature of pet food and consumable products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@pawfectreats.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request. Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
We work to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual packaging may differ. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and shipped.
Any content on the Site related to investment opportunities, partnership programs, or securities is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities. Any actual investment or partnership arrangement will be governed by separate written agreements and applicable securities laws.
The Site relies on third-party services including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Replit (hosting), and third-party product manufacturers. The Company is solely responsible to users under these Terms. Third-party developers, contractors, hosting providers, and service providers involved in the design, development, deployment, or maintenance of the Site are not parties to these Terms and disclaim any direct liability to users of the Site. Any claims by users arising out of use of the Site must be directed to the Company.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images not otherwise attributed, is the property of Pawfectreats or its licensors. Product images and branding of third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; (d) scrape, harvest, or extract data without authorization; or (e) resell products purchased at retail pricing as a commercial reseller without joining our wholesale program.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Product recommendations and descriptions are not veterinary advice. Consult a licensed veterinarian for guidance regarding your pet's specific dietary or health needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or product-related harm. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and third-party service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
